Aude welcomes you to her apartment located on Villa du Croissant’s ground floor.
Description
Located on the ground floor, you will enjoy direct private access to the garden. The apartment is fully equipped (washing and drying machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, and cooking first necessities) and has been restored in 2020 to offer a comfortable stay within a wonderful historical villa.
Very luminous and spacious, the apartment measures 95 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large sitting room/kitchen with a sea view.
The decoration is modern. However, the wooden wall panelling and floorboard are the originals. All wall paintings have been chosen from the organic range of Farrow and Ball paints.
The beach is only 100 meters away, shops a 10 min walk, and the seafront is idyllic for walks and to ride scooters.
Guest can access theupstairs apartments from the staircase located in the villa’s common main entrance.
Bedrooms :
The flat has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a private balcony with a sea view, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
The orange bedroom has 2 single beds (beds can be setup in one large bed upon request).
The blue bedroom has 1 bunk bed.
The garden :
An enclosed garden of approximately 1000m2 surrounds the villa. The villa is secured with large walls all around the garden and a front gate. Children are welcome to play on the lawn. Garden chairs and tables are at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining. There are some aromatic herbs for your cooking as well. In the upper part of the garden there is a drying line.
